How to Upload Your Video?
1. Select your memory
Choose a video you want to display on your Mini heymemo.
2. Resize your file
Use free tools like Canva or Kapwing to resize your video to 320×240px.
Make sure it’s under 80MB and in MP4 or AVI format.
3. Convert if needed
If your file isn’t working, convert it to AVI using an online converter.
4. Connect via USB-C
Plug your Memo card into your laptop or computer using the USB-C cable.
5. Transfer your memory
Open the “Videos” folder and drag your resized file into it.
6. Still not uploading?
Adjust these settings:
- Frame Rate: 20–30 fps
- Bitrate: 3600–8500 kbps
- Audio Sample Rate: 24KHz
Or email your video to us — we’ll happily convert it for you, free of charge.
