Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with HeyMemo. We care deeply about your experience and are committed to making your memories truly unforgettable. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If your HeyMemo arrives damaged, faulty, or you’re simply not happy with it, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us at help@heymemos.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo or video of the product (if damaged)

Returns

All refund and replacement requests must be submitted via email to help@heymemos.com.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To be eligible:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The issue must relate to product defects, damage, or dissatisfaction with the product’s quality or performance
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Refunds and replacements will be processed promptly once your request is approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

We may not issue a refund or replacement if:

  • The 30-day window has passed
  • The issue is due to misuse or accidental damage not related to shipping or production
  • You ordered the wrong product or provided incorrect details (e.g. wrong shipping address or video upload errors, unless we are at fault)

6-Month Product Warranty

All HeyMemo products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

If your product becomes faulty, stops working, or is damaged due to a manufacturing issue within this period, we’ll be happy to offer a free replacement.

To make a warranty claim, simply email help@heymemos.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • A photo or video showing the fault

Please note:

  • This warranty does not cover refunds — replacements only
  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or modifications is not covered
  • Claims must be made within 6 months of the original delivery date

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days, and replacements are shipped out within 1–3 working days.
